A 35-year-old man followed a juvenile into a bathroom at a Westminster church and allegedly held a cellphone under a bathroom stall to record the victim using the toilet.
Aaron Robbins was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of sexual exploitation of a child and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.

The alleged incident happened on Oct. 27 during a service at the Tri-City Baptist Church, 6953 W. 92nd Lane, according to authorities.
Based on interviews, investigators suspect that Robbins has committed the same crime on other occasions at the church and in other locations, including department stores.
