TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The LSU Tigers come out on top against the Alabama Crimson Tide after both teams battled back and forth throughout the game. The final score was 46-41.

1st Quarter

A major turnover around the 12:00 minute mark in the first quarter by quarterback Tua Tagovailoa as he fumbles the ball around the 5-yard line and LSU recovers the ball.

LSU quickly drives down the field in six plays and puts six points on the board at the 9:15 minute mark in the first quarter. The extra point is good, and LSU is leading Alabama 7-0.

As Alabama attempts to punt the ball, the punter drops the ball, and LSU takes over on the Alabama 40.

Alabama immediately intercepts the first play by LSU, but a flag against Alabama turns over the call.
