Former Broncos receiver Cody Latimer, currently a member of the Washington Redskins, was arrested on five charges following an incident early Saturday in Englewood.

Bail was set at $25,000 and Latimer posted bond and was released late Saturday morning.

Latimer, 27, was booked on five charges: Second-degree assault, menacing, illegal discharge of a firearm, prohibited use of a weapon and reckless endangerment.

According to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called at 12:11 a.m. to the Zenith Meridian Apartments on a call of shots fired inside an apartment.
