On Friday, November 13, 2020, the Boston Police Crimes Against Children Unit in coordination with the Child Protection Unit of the Suffolk District Attorney’s Office, arrested George Swain, 71, of Dorchester, at 1218 Blue Hill Avenue in Mattapan. Swain is charged with multiple counts of Rape of a Child and Indecent Assault and Battery of a Child Under 14. He will be arraigned in Dorchester District Court on Monday morning.
