At about 1:20 AM on Sunday April 4, 2021, officers assigned to District B-3 (Mattapan) arrested Theodore Allen, 30, of Dorchester on firearm related charges after responding to a call for shots fired in the area of 66 Stratton Street in Dorchester. While on scene, officers issued a broadcast of a suspect motor vehicle which had been observed fleeing the area after the incident. This suspect vehicle was subsequently stopped by members of the Massachusetts State Police in the area of Blue Hill Avenue and River Street in Mattapan. The suspect was then placed in custody without incident.
The suspect will appear in Dorchester District Court on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, Carrying a Loaded Firearm and Possession of a Large Capacity Feeding Device.
