About 9:11 PM, on Monday, April 29, 2013, assigned to District B2 responded to a radio call for a person shot and located Carlos DelRosario, 28, of Boston, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound in the area of 55 Beech Glen Street in Roxbury. The victim survived the initial shooting but suffered disabilities as a result of his injuries. On September 16, 2021, Mr. DelRosario was found unresponsive and pronounced deceased. An autopsy was completed on September 17, 2021, and the cause of death was determined to be complications due to his injuries suffered during the shooting. As a result of this finding, this incident has been ruled a Homicide.
