On October 6, 1988, BPD Homicide Detectives launched an investigation after two young black male victims were found murdered in a vacant lot across from 29 Eldon Street in Dorchester.
Investigators believe that the victims were from Brooklyn, New York, and were associated at that time with a party known by the street name 'Flip' who was also from the New York City area.
The young victims may have gone by the names of Clayton and Hooker and were possibly living somewhere on Geneva Avenue, between Columbia Road and Olney Street in Dorchester.
As the 32nd anniversary of their tragic deaths approaches, investigators assigned to the BPD Unsolved Homicide Unit are seeking the public's help to identify these young victims and solve this heinous crime. Any piece of information, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant, could make a tremendous difference in the course of this decade's long investigation.
