At about 7:50 PM, on Monday, October 18, 2021, Officers assigned to the Youth Violence Strike Force made an onsite firearm arrest of Terrell Jackson, 27, of Dorchester, and Corey Williams, 30, of Dorchester, at the intersection of Rosseter Street and Wilcutt Road.

Officers were on patrol in the area of Genena Avenue and Columbia Road when they observed a motor vehicle with excessive window tint.  Officers conducted a traffic stop of the vehicle. As they approached the vehicle, Jackson placed the vehicle in drive and drove away while making movements inside the car.  Officers gave verbal commands for Jackson to stop the vehicle.  Officers removed Jackson and Williams from the vehicle.  A frisk of the vehicle revealed a firearm. Williams and Jackson were taken into custody without incident.

 The firearm was determined to be a Glock 9mm handgun with an extended magazine and an obliterated serial number.  The firearm was loaded with twenty-six (26) rounds in the magazine and one (1) round in the chamber.

Jackson is to be charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of a Loaded Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, Firearm with an Obliterated/ Defaced Serial Number, Unlawful Possession of a Large Capacity Firearm, Unlawful Possession of a Large Capacity Feeding Device, Excessive Window Tint, and Failure to Stop for a Police Officer.

Williams is to be charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of a Loaded Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, Firearm with an Obliterated/ Defaced Serial Number, Unlawful Possession of a Large Capacity Firearm, Unlawful Possession of a Large Capacity Feeding Device.

 Corey Williams and Terrell Jackson are to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court.
