A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed additional ammunition and a magazine.

The firearm was determined to be a 9mm Taurus GS2) containing a magazine loaded with seven (7) rounds. Also located in the vehicle was a loaded 7 round magazine and twenty-five (25) loose rounds.
